Clara focuses her practice in the areas of entertainment law, intellectual property and marketing and advertising law.
Clara advises clients with respect to the adoption and registration of trademarks in Canada and abroad, by coordinating opinions from foreign associates. In the field of marketing and advertising law, Clara is called upon to assist clients to clear use rights for all types of creative works and advertisements.
In the field of entertainment law, Clara advises clients on collective bargaining agreements with artists’ guilds, unions and associations. She is involved in drafting agreement in all aspects of the development, production, licensing and distribution of film projects.
