Raluca advises her clients on commercial matters, notably through the drafting and negotiation of service contracts and distribution agreements, and on intellectual property matters, particularly the protection and management of trademark portfolios and licenses.

She also advises her clients on regulatory matters pertaining to the Charter of the French Language and advertising contests as well as on legal questions related to marketing campaigns, including spokesperson agreements.

She endeavours to understand the commercial realities of her clients, in order to optimize the value of their intellectual property and protect their business interests.
